Make your TV guide feel like home.
A few player settings can make everyday browsing much easier.
What is an EPG?
An electronic programme guide shows schedules beside your live channels, where guide data is provided. Coverage varies by channel, source and player. An empty guide does not always mean the channel cannot play.
Refresh the guide
Look for TV Guide, EPG or Update Guide in your player settings. Refresh the guide and allow it to finish. Check the device’s time zone if programme times appear offset. Some players need a separate guide address supplied by support.
Build your favourites
Most compatible players offer a channel menu with an Add to favourites action, sometimes opened by a long press. Add the channels you use most, then look for a Favourites group in the channel list.
The steps depend on the player. Check its own help if your menu differs. Favourites belong to your player and may not transfer automatically to another device.
If listings are missing
Refresh the playlist and EPG, check that the channel is linked to the correct guide entry, and contact support if the issue persists. Include the channel and player names, and whether the channel itself still plays.
