Details you choose to provide

Trial, order and support requests ask for contact details and information about your device or subscription. These details are used to discuss and handle your request. Do not enter payment card information, account passwords or other sensitive documents in these forms.

Email request forms

Submitting the trial or order form automatically sends an email copy and opens a WhatsApp draft. For other requests, choose “Send request by email”. The completed form is submitted to FormSubmit for delivery to the support mailbox. FormSubmit may show a security check. It operates under its own privacy terms.

Messaging and email apps

WhatsApp opens a draft containing the request details you reviewed. You decide whether to send it. Telegram and email links open the relevant provider, whose own terms and data handling apply.

Website storage and services

This build does not add advertising trackers or store form details in browser local storage. Your hosting and messaging providers may process connection data as part of delivering their services.
