These terms cover the website, 24-hour trial, and fixed-term subscription plans offered under the Firestick IPTV trading name. Read them with the pricing page, refund policy, and privacy policy.
Plans and prices
Plans are offered for one to four devices and for one, three, six, or twelve months at the prices shown on the pricing page. Payment methods are PayPal, Skrill, and USDT. A price shown on the website does not by itself authorise automatic renewal. Any recurring payment must be clearly disclosed and agreed before payment.
Trial
The trial runs for 24 hours from activation. The customer must keep the trial credentials private and use them only for the agreed device and lawful purpose. Trial availability and setup depend on the device information supplied.
Order and activation
Provide the device model, country or location, number of devices, and preferred setup format with the order. Activation is completed within 24 hours after payment and receipt of the required setup details.
If no setup format is provided, an M3U list will be issued. A format change during the active subscription term cannot be guaranteed. The order confirmation should identify the selected plan, price, device count, payment status, and activation details.
Device allowance and account security
Use the subscription only on the number of devices purchased. Keep usernames, passwords, playlist URLs, and account tokens private. Sharing credentials beyond the agreed device allowance is a breach of these terms and can lead to suspension or termination.
IBO Player Pro inclusion
The published twelve-month plans include one year of IBO Player Pro for the number of devices stated on the pricing page. IBO Player Pro is a third-party product with separate availability, compatibility, and terms. The customer should confirm device compatibility before purchase.
Lawful use
Use the service, player apps, and credentials only where permitted by applicable law and content rights. Prohibited use includes unauthorised retransmission, copyright infringement, resale, credential sharing beyond the purchased allowance, attempts to bypass access controls, and unlawful activity.
Availability and support
Internet quality, device resources, app compatibility, regional availability, and third-party systems can affect playback. Support will use the device and location information supplied to help choose the setup format. Service problems should be reported with the device model, app, time, affected stream, and screenshots with credentials hidden.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation and refund requests are handled under the refund policy. These terms do not remove statutory rights that cannot be excluded by contract.
